This magnificent fireplace stands 7 feet 4 inches tall, with a 26-inch firebox.
The cap and screen are stainless steel. The exterior is decorative concrete,
one of the most popular surface coatings on the market today.

Our shipping charge is $350 and includes placing the fireplace in the location of your choice.

- Durable Cementatious Concrete Coating. Unlike stucco, this coating is flexible, very durable and stain resistant. The coating is Chemically acid stained, therefore each unit will have it’s own unique look. (color tone will vary from unit to unit)
- Trim is custom made from Durrock Concrete Board, coated and stained as stated above. The trim will have a slightly darker color than the rest of the unit.

1. Q: How is My Backyard Fireplace Shipped to me?
A: We are shipping with a company called HomeDirect USA, and our $350 delivery fee includes getting the fireplace to your location and setting it up where you want it. The fireplace arrives crated on a pallet. Once the fireplace is removed from the crate it is one entire piece weighing approximately 266 pounds. Note: Please check the condition of the crate the fireplace arrived in for any external damage.
2. Q: Do I need any tools to set up my backyard fireplace?
A: No, just a couple people to help you move it safely to its intended location. That is what we are providing as part of our delivery service.
3. Q: Can I use the fireplace in a screened in porch or under an awning?
A: NO, as you read in the products disclaimer, this is not intended for use under any type of enclosure.
4. Q: Can it go on a wood deck?
A: Yes it can, but we suggest you re-enforce the deck underneath the fireplace and you place a non-combustible surface under the fireplace and extend it 2-3 feet in front of the fireplace to catch embers.
5. Q: How close can the fireplace be to a structure?
A: While there is no set standard for this, it’s a good idea to be at least 10 feet away from any structure.
6. Q: Can the fireplace sit on my lawn?
A: We don’t recommend placing it directly on the grass. We do recommend setting it on a nonflammable base that is at least 4 feet by 4 feet. Dead grass and leaves will easily catch fire so make sure the front of the fireplace is clear of these items. Also make sure to close the screen.
7. Q: What type of warranty does Livin Outside provide on My Backyard Fireplace?
A: We offer a one-year warranty on any manufacturers defect. This is a product that will last for decades if taken care of.
8. Q: Are the fireplaces finished on all sides?
A: Our product is made to be finished and look great from all sides.
9. Q: What do I do if the fireplace arrives damaged?
A: We explain this in detail on our shipping policy page.
10. Q: Can my fireplace be adapted for gas?
A: A. Yes. Livin Outside Inc. assumes no liability for how you connect the gas line. You may want to consult with a professional for final installation of the gas connection.
RETURN POLICY
All items except for custom and special ordered products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. The 30-day period begins when you receive the order. All returns must be postmarked or shipped back to Livin Outside Inc. no later than the 30th day from the date of receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee on merchandise returned/exchanged for any reason other than a product defect or damage.
You need to inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point. You must call us for a Return Authorization number at (210) 464-5418. We will provide you with an authorization number and you must write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. No returns will be accepted without an RA#.
ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY LIVIN OUTSIDE INC. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED.
We will not accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately.

You are purchasing a product that uses fire. This product is NOT to be used indoors or under any type of roof enclosure. This product is intended to be used with real wood, artificial logs or gas. Recommended wood use is NO MORE THAN (4) 18-INCH WOOD LOGS, OR 1 ARTIFICIAL LOG AT A TIME. This product should only be used with the SCREEN on the fireplace CLOSED. The spark arrester at the top of the chimney MUST REMAIN IN PLACE and should NOT be removed. Livin Outside Inc. is NOT responsible for any negligence or misuse of this product. Livin Outside Inc. assumes no liability for how you connect the gas line.
Any modification to our fireplace will void all warranties.
